A romantic Charming Vintage 1920s Spanish Home with Soaring Ceilings & Original Tile Stairs/Ironwork

This home is just under 2000 sq ft and designed by famed architects Arthur & Nina Zwebell with many courtyard apartment buildings here in LA designated as cultural historical landmarks.

It is oozing with charm and original 1920s Spanish architectural details. Some of the most photo/ film worthy backdrops include front patio and backyard with brick flooring, walls of ivy, and tranquil fountains along with chic vintage patio furniture. The living room as 2-story soaring wood beamed ceilings with ornate paint work. There is a beautiful fireplace, tons of natural light, original ironwork and the crown jewel is the original Spanish staircase with hand-painted ceramic tile. There are a number of beautiful archways, theatrical features like interior windows overlooking the living room, and a mainly original 1920s black and white tiled bathroom. The beautiful dining room with wood beams also overlooks the backward accessible by french doors. The charm and light here is literally insane- be one of the first to create your art here.
